PAYMENT
You are not required to pre-pay for your photo shoots. However, full payment is required before image delivery after you preview your photos for your guaranteed satisfaction. We accept all major credit cards on our delivery system.
PHOTO READY
All properties should be photo-ready when I arrive. Please click for PRE-SHOOT CHECKLIST. Although, I recommend a professional home staging company, please at least follow the guidelines in the checklist link above.
Due to liability of potentially damaging furniture, flooring, walls, decor, etc. I do not move furniture, exercise equipment, appliances, pet supplies, etc. Additionally, I do not touch toiletries, kitchen supplies or personal items so please be sure your client has removed all personal hygiene items from showers, tubs, counters, sinks etc.
I will certainly help with minor touchups like moving pillows around, but overall the property should be ready to go when I arrive. This is for the most efficient and successful photo shoot possible with the best results for your client.
RESCHEDULING DUE TO WEATHER
Unless it is pouring rain, I will still be able to photograph the property. I am able to make skies blue with sun! If you feel more comfortable, we can always book for the next available appointment prior to the appointment.
USAGE RIGHTS
All photos are copyrighted (property of Scott Wachter Photography), and our photos are licensed to you as the agent for one time use only, which provides use throughout the listing period and up to six months maximum.
Real Estate Shoot: Real estate agent and/or their clients are granted Temporary Usage Rights to use photos until the property is sold or taken off the market, for a maximum of six months. Once it has been sold, you must purchase permanent usage rights to continue using for your marketing purposes for 200% of the cost of the photo shoot. These are the most common usage rights for MLS listings. Do not distribute our photos to someone who has not obtained usage rights from Scott Wachter Photography, including but not limited to other agents and brokers.
ON SITE CANCELLATION
Cancellation after arriving on property require full payment of the photo shoot.
