Scott is a seasoned photographer that has been in the photography business for decades, along with having worked as a part-time realtor for five years (licensed in two states) and having invested in nine properties — including three short term rentals. What is your pricing?

For an exact quote, click on BOOK SHOOT to add your property address, choose a package and any available add ons. Check out our PRICING page for detailed package inclusions. Properties larger than 2500 SF will be additional. We are required to add 8.25% for state sales tax in Texas.

How is payment handled?

We require a 50% deposit to book your photo shoot. Clients are able to review photos before making final payment. We use Stripe for the utmost security and never view or store your credit card information. All photos shoots are subject to our terms and conditions.

What is your turnaround time?

PHOTOS, VIDEOS, Floor Plans and 360 tours are available the next morning! We also offer RUSH delivery of PHOTOS by 8pm for morning shoots!

How will I get the media?

We email and text a link to review your media. Once you approve and make final payment you are immediately able to download media.
