What is your pricing?
Click on BOOK SHOOT to add your property address, choose a package and see available add ons. Properties larger than 2500 SF will be an additional cost. We are required to add 8.25% for state sales tax in Texas.
What do other services do you offer?
You can add Floor plans, Matterport, Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging, Community Photos and even Fire to Fireplaces if you choose!
How are payments handled?
We require a 50% deposit to book your photo shoot. Clients are able to review photos before making final payment.
How long does it take to get the photos/video?
Photos are available on the next morning and videos may take up to two days. Floor plans take 24 hours.
How will I get the photos and/or video?
We will email and text you a link to review your photos/videos. Once you approve, you can make final payment and immediately be able to download photos/videos.
